Regional Sales Manager

Description

Vulocity is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to represent our services and develop referral relationships in region.

This position will develop and maintain loyal relationships with professionals, build awareness and educate referral sources about our services, and provide excellent customer service by representing vulocity with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree. A degree in marketing, communications or business preferred.

Must live in Austin or San Marcos, TX and be willing to travel within region on a weekly basis.

Excellent communication skills required along with ability to present to groups and develop and implement sales plan. Must be motivated and able to operate independently. Sales and marketing experience preferred.

Experience with database management and PC skills required.



Customer Service Representatives

Description

Vulocity is searching for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. We offer a friendly, family oriented atmosphere with many opportunities for advancement.

The primary responsibilities of these positions include, but are not limited to:

Providing excellent customer support via the telephone as required per program.
Documenting complete/accurate call information as provided in system
Documenting calls for research and escalation
Reviewing spec sheets, manuals, and provided internet and intranet sites to remain current on assigned client programs
Processing incoming mail per program specs and data entry required per program
Maintaining at least a “Satisfactory” quality level as indicated by monitoring score sheets and as provided in our Quality Program
Following all guidelines for “Do Not Call List” (if applicable)
Following all FCC and FTC guidelines as described per program

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills

Ability to provide excellent customer service; previous customer service experience strongly preferred

Very good computer skills; phone handling experience

Previous call center experience preferred, but not required.





Senior Database Architect

Description

The Senior Database Architect is responsible for the configuration and architectures of existing databases within the company environment. The senior database architect will manage the implementation of database environments, tables, objects, and storage. The senior database architect will analyze day-to-day database performance and implement optimizations as needed. The senior database architect will assess emerging database technologies and how they can be utilized effectively in the firm environment. Perform any other duties as required by the company.

Requirements

A minimum of Seven (7) years of experience as a database Administrator/Architect.

Excellent knowledge of designing and implementing Microsoft SQL Server Databases and Services (2000 and 2005).

Excellent knowledge of database systems; database design, and database base implementation / normalization strategies, and problem solving skills.

Proven track record of work involving both custom application development and integration of off-the-shelf & Third Party solutions.

Experience with data warehousing, data marts, dimensional modeling, OLAP, star schema databases and Microsoft reporting and analysis services.

Experience with advanced SQL Server functionality like Replication, SQL Clustering, Stand by server, DTS, Log shipping, etc.

Extensive experience with performance monitoring statistics, database optimization, and index utilization.

Experience configuring Enterprise Level database instances, replication, and showplan utilities.

Effectively support and analyze data models, stored procedures, and triggers.

Experience performing database updates, upgrades, and modifying configuration parameters.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to facilitate work efforts.

Demonstrate ability to work productively with a wide range of people. Ability to effectively present information to customers and senior management.

Ability to manage project commitments to ensure that the project comes in on time and within budget.

BS Degree a must, graduate degree a plus.
